Required qualifications
Qualification of applicants
For applicants holding a bachelor’s degree (Program ID: 3536, 3538)

Admission requires a bachelor’s degree with first-class honors in microbiology or related fields.

Applicants must have an English score (TOEFL or IELTS or CU-TEP). The minimum English scores for admission are 45 (CU-TEP), 4 (IELTS), 450 (TOEFL PBT), 133 (TOEFL CBT), and 45 (TOEFL iBT). However, students who are admitted with minimum scores require additional English language coursework.
For applicants holding a master’s degree (Program ID: 3535, 3537)

Admission requires a master’s degree in microbiology or biological science (minimum 3.5 GPA ) with a minimum of 10 credits of microbiology coursework or with a permission to apply from Program Committee. Research experience and good quality of publications are encouraged.
